A little about me
I have worked alongside people for over 20 years, exploring connections and relationships.
My hope is the counselling space is an exploration of experiences, ideas, and questions people hold about themselves and their life.

My thinking and practice continues to grow and be influenced by ideas and theories that examine the role of discourses, power, language and relationships. My work is informed by narrative therapeutic approaches, internal family systems, sensorimotor psychotherapy, EMDR and psychoanalytic thinking.

I am an Accredited Social Worker and have obtained a Master of Social Work (Qualifying) and a Master of Social Work (Forensic Study).
